At Nature Rwanda; we believe that by educating children and assisting them in understanding how their actions– no matter how small– can positively impact the natural environment, they will be better placed to protect the future of the natural world.

Earth Day is April 22nd, and to commemorate its 51st anniversary, we are organizing an outdoor study in the wilderness at Mpenge River with primary students. We will highlight the latest threats to our planet, ranging from habitat destruction to climate change and plastic pollution.

  • Stimulate children’s understanding and abilities to grow their engagement with protecting the earth.
  • Provide a chance to meet, learn, discuss and expand on their knowledge about environment issues.
